It is rich and sweet liqueur often used to make Kir, a delicious French wine drink. Founded in 1845 and located in Dijon, France, L’Heritier Guyot is one of the oldest producers of crème de cassis and remains the undisputed top estate-produced liqueur brand in France. Drink the liqueur within a year or two after opening the bottle because it tends to spoil.
