Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Coconut Flavoured Rum
1/2 oz Bols Blue Curacao
1/2 oz Amaretto Liqueur
1 oz Coconut Milk

Shake & Strain

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

2. Pour in all the ingredients.

3. Shake vigorously.

4. Strain into a champagne saucer or martini glass.

5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Variation

Substitute coconut-flavoured tequila for the coconut-flavoured rum.
Use dairy cream instead of coconut milk.
