Bloom 75 sparkling is a version of the gin-based classic cocktail, French 75. We used Bloom London Dry Gin, substituted lemon juice with Lillet White, and skipped the simple syrup. The French 75  supposedly took its name from a 75-mm artillery pickled soldiers used during World War I. Although the French 75 promotes Champagne, a French product,  it also quite fittingly depends on British Gin. Bloom is a premium London Dry Gin from Greenall’s distillery portfolio. Infused with botanicals such as chamomile, honeysuckle and pomelo, this gin captures the uplifting sense of spring gardens.
