Blue Moon shooter is a duo of vodka and Parfait Amour liqueur. A tasty little thing, and almost a shame to down it in just one gulp. Parfait Amour ( perfect love ) is an exotic, aromatic, sweet, citrus based liqueur with vanilla and an aroma of rose flowery notes. Many brands make Parfait Amour, and each one having a slightly different version of the liqueur in taste and colour. An excellent producer of ‘Parfait Amour’ is the French brand, Marie Brizard.
