Frisky Bison is a Polish drink known as Szardotka. In Poland, Zubrowka vodka is usually served chilled and mixed with apple juice. A good ratio is 1 oz vodka to 4 oz of apple juice. Zubrowka originated in the 17th century, it is dry and one of the most unusual of all flavoured-vodka. Each bottle contains a strain of European bison grass, which has a distinctive fragrance. The grass gives the vodka a green yellow colour, and a light herbal aroma. Definitely a unique vodka, and a must try for vodka aficionados.
