About the Recipe

Sake is a unique Japanese beverage made of rice, and commonly referred as rice wine. If you never had Sake, the Fuji Sunset is the cocktail to try. This martini has a combination of Junmai Sake, gin, maraschino cherry liqueur, lemon and orange juices. Give it a try, you might find a new favourite. We used Junmai designation for its full-bodied texture and earthy tones which marries well with gin.
