Gin Martini

Ingredients

2 oz Gin London Dry
1/2 oz Noilly Prat dry vermouth

Convert Units

Stir & Strain

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

2. Pour in gin and dry vermouth.

3. Stir.

4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

5. Garnish with cocktail olives.

Variation

Garnish with pearl onions and it become a Gibson.
An extra dry martini is made by swirling around a dash of dry vermouth in an empty glass, and then dumping it.
A martini can also be made with vodka.
