Gin & Tonic or simply called G & T is a simple highball, and very refreshing. It is made with a premium gin with old fashioned tonic water. It is always served over ice, and the traditional garnish is a lime wedge. Suggested ration of gin to tonic is 1:3. The cocktail was introduced by the British East India Company.
