About the Recipe

The Harrogate Nights drink is a colourful, vodka-based highball. Although the exact origin is unknown, it became popular in the spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, hence its name. It combines peach schnapps, Bols melon liqueur and pineapple juice.
