The Hawaiian Delight may immediately calls to mind a sandy beach and blue sky. Rum cocktails are countless. Sugar cane thrived in the Caribbean, and in its fermented state was easily and cheaply distilled into rum, making it the prevalent drink of the British colonies. Rum concoctions were drunk from breakfast until bedtime. Today, there is hardly a bar in the world that will not offer some sort of rum drinks. Mount Gay rum is one of our favourites from Barbados.
