Highland Fling Martini

Ingredients

1 oz Irish Mist Liqueur
3/4 oz Bell's blended Scotch whisky
3/4 oz Galliano
2 Drops Orange Bitters

Convert Units

Stir & Strain

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

2. Pour in blended Scotch, Irish Mist liqueur, Galliano liqueur, and orange bitters.

3. Stir.

4. Strain into a martini glass.

5. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

Variation

Use rye whisky or bourbon instead of blended Scotch.

The Highland Fling martini is an original recipe based on the fiction novel series ‘Outlander’. A semi-sweet Scottish affair of blended Scotch with Irish Mist liqueur, a few drops of orange bitters, and a bit of Galliano liqueur to balance it all.
