Honolulu Lulu – Tropical

Ingredients

3/4 oz Mount Gay white rum
3/4 oz Mount Gay dark rum
1/2 oz Macadamia nut liqueur
1/2 oz Kahlúa coffee liqueur
2 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Agave Nectar
1/4 oz Cranberry Syrup

Shake & Strain

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

2. Add in rum, macadamia nut liqueur, Kahlúa liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and cranberry syrup.

3. Shake well.

4. Strain into a cocktail glass.

5. Garnish with pineapple.

Variation

Substitute strawberry syrup or strawberry liqueur for the cranberry syrup.

Easy to make, the Honolulu Lulu is a fabulous tropical drink. This lovely rum concoction will put you in just the right mood to capture the spirit of the tropics.
