Jersey Martini – Boozy & Strong

The Jersey martini is from the early 20th century, and was inspired by the borough cocktails of New York. It is the strongest of the bunch. The recipe varies widely depending on the bartender. This recipe combines Calvados, hard cider, Cointreau, and a few drops of Angostura bitters. Calvados is a French apple brandy made solely from apples from the Normandy region.
