Tom’s brother, the John Collins is a tangy all seasons sipper drink. Similar to a Tom Collins, the John Collins is made with whisky instead of gin, and still mixes in lemon juice, triple sec or simple syrup, and club soda to make a refreshing cocktail. Blended whisky is best suited for mixed drinks, and for the American whisky enthusiasts make it a Bourbon John Collins.
