Mint & Ginger Ale Hennessy – Highball

Ingredients

2 mint leaves
3 Drops Hennessy VS Cognac
A scoop of ice
2 oz Hennessy VS Cognac
Ginger Ale

1. Tear apart 2 mint leaves add a few drops of Cognac in an Old Fashioned glass.

2. Muddle the content.

3. Add one scoop of ice.

4. Pour in Cognac.

5. Fill up with ginger ale pop.

6. Garnish with fresh mint or a lime wedge.

Variation

Substitute your favorite brandy for the Hennessy Cognac.

I tasted the Mint & Ginger Ale Hennessy at the Special Tasting Event during an Art Of The Cocktail festival. It was one of the drinks offered at the Hennesy Cognac booth. Mix fresh mint, ginger ale, and Hennessy Cognac et voilà! Drink à la française with this simple and refreshing Cognac-based drink.
