Of all the cocktails that bear the name Lagoon probably the most famous is the Blue Lagoon. The martini is said to have been created based on the image of the stunning blue South China Sea. The Midori Lagoon on the other hand, was probably based on images of the brilliant emerald green colour of the ocean stretch between Florida’s Key West and the Caribbean Sea. Our version of the cocktail uses limeonade instead of soda water. Midori is a premium melon liqueur with the exhilarating taste of fresh melon.
