Paper Plane – Complex
Paper Plane cocktail is from the Amaro Nonino Quintessentia recipe booklet. It was created a few years ago by well-known New York bartender Sam Ross. This small martini combines a good quality bourbon, fresh lemon juice, Amaro Nonino, Aperol aperitivo, and is garnished with a lemon twist. Nonino is a premium grappa-based Amaro infused with herbs, and it is produced in North Italy.
