The Police Gazette is an excellent vintage cocktail from the early 1900s. The Police Gazette was included in a list of new cocktails in New York cocktail scene of the time. Old is new, and classic cocktails are coming back among twenty-somethings. We used Wiser rye whisky to give more backbone to this libation. Noilly Pratt is a top brand internationally, and is one of the driest vermouth on the market. Vermouth is a produce of the vine. It is not only fortified with spirit, but also heavily aromatized with herbs and botanical ingredients.
