Rubyrita for 2

Ingredients

1/4 Cup of ruby grapefruit
3 oz El Fogonero silver tequila
2 oz Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse liqueur
1 oz Cointreau
6 oz Ruby grapefruit juice
1 oz Lime juice
A scoop of ice

Blend & Pour

1. Cut in small pieces a large wedge of ruby grapefruit, and put them in a blender.

2. Add tequila, Giffard créme de pamplemousse, Cointreau, ruby grapefruit juice, and lime juice.

3. Add a scoop of ice.

4. Blend at medium speed for 6 to 10 seconds.

5. Pour into a supreme coupe or large glass.

6. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.
