Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Mount Gay dark rum
1/2 oz Vanilla Schnapps
4 oz Hot Chocolate
Whipped cream

Build

1. In a coffee glass pour dark rum and vanilla schnapps.

2. Fill the glass with hot chocolate leaving room for the cream.

3. Top up with whipped cream.

4. Garnish with a cherry.

Variation

You can use coffee instead of hot chocolate
Substitute your favourite vanilla liqueur or syrup for the vanilla schnapps.
