The Springbok Shot consists of green crème de menthe liqueur and Amarula liqueur. This is a shooter that is very popular in South Africa. The drink derives its name from the team jersey colour of the South African national rugby team, which is known as ‘The Springboks’. Traditionally, the shot has equal amount of crème de menthe and Amarula, but it can vary substantially between individuals. It is a great creamy shot with a delicious hint of mint.
