The Strawberry Balsamic Martini is a unique and fantastic fusion of sweet and sour flavours. I used Fattorie Giacobazzi of Modena, a good balsamic vinegar that I had in my cupboard. The combination of balsamic vinegar with fresh strawberries is often used in  Italian cuisine. This  marriage of ingredients gives a touch of sweet, and punchy acidity on the finish. You can vary the quantity of simple syrup and balsamic vinegar to suit your taste.
