The Tea Toddy is a variation of the classic Hot Toddy. The days are getting shorter and nightfall comes early, so settle in by the fire with a Tea Toddy. It combines bourbon, Cointreau, and orange pekoe tea. The toddies are define as ‘mixtures of sweetened spirits and water’, and was originally a hot liquor drink only.
