Pineapple Upside-Down Cake – Lowball

Ingredients

3/4 oz Smirnoff Fluffed Marshmallow Vodka
1/4 oz Amaretto Liqueur
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
Pineapple juice

Build

1. Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice.

2. Pour in vodka, amaretto, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.

3. Fill up the glass with pineapple juice.

4. Garnish with a lime wedge and a cherry.

Variation

Use any cake flavoured vodka instead of the Fluffed Marshmallow vodka. Use Cointreau instead of simple syrup.

If you’re worried about the sweetness, reduce the simple syrup (or omit altogether). The guests I have served this drink to have loved it, and I will be entering it into the annual drink contest hosted by the restaurant.”
