Ti Amore – Martini

Ingredients

Fresh Blackberries
1/2 oz El Fogonero silver tequila
1/2 oz Simple syrup
3/4 oz Russo Limoncello Liqueur
1 oz Pineapple juice
3/4 oz Russo Crema di Melone

Convert Units

Muddle and Shake and Strain

1. Put a few fresh blackberries in a mixing glass.

2. Add tequila and simple syrup.

3. Muddle well.

4. Add a scoop of ice.

5. Pour in Limoncello, Crema di Melone, and pineapple juice.

6. Shake well.

7. Fine strain into a cocktail glass.

EXECUTION NOTE

We use a cake decorating gel to design the heart on the glass.

Ti Amore martini, a cocktail created on the fly for Valentine’s day. We started with two premium products, Russo Limoncello and Crema di Melone, and got down to business to create a nice pleasing cocktail. We had fun and the group, at the liquid kitchen, came up with something that tasted awesomely good. Enjoy a Ti Amore!
