2 oz Lemon juice

Tom collins combines gin, lemon juice, and soda water to make a cooling and slightly effervescent drink. In the middle of the 19th century, a bar person named Collins is credited with creating the Tom Collins. The original recipe used the sweeter ‘Old Tom’ gin style. Tom Collins is a classic cocktail dating back several generations, and it is known across the globe.
