Mexico isn’t the first place to consider when pondering about cocktails, but the country produces a few premium coffee liqueurs. Here at Cocktail Hunter liquid kitchen, we fell in love with Patrón Xo Café liqueur. It is a beautiful blend of strong coffee essence with tequila blanco, and well worth seeking out. The Twisted XO is an indulgent and chic martini. Tip: if you want to keep your cocktail deliciously cold, pop your martini glass into the freezer for one or two minutes before making the cocktail.
