Vieux Carré – Strong & Complex

Vieux Carré, a 1930s New Orleans classic cocktail that is named after the city’s French Quarter. It has an exquisite and complex taste. The recipe uses Bénédictine D.O.M and Cognac. Bénédictine is a smooth French herbal liqueur. This bright golden potion of sweet honey containing a wide range of spices and herbs selected by a master herbalist. The initial D.O.M. stands for Deo Optimo Maximo, meaning “to god, most good, most great.”
