About the Recipe
The classic Ward Eight cocktail dates back over hundred years. It was created in Boston in the 1890s and the name was inspired by the city being divided into eight wards. It combines bourbon, lemon juice, orange juice, and a dash of grenadine syrup. The Ward Eight has a slightly smoky orange flavour and makes a great apéritif. The name Bourbon derives from Kentucky’s Bourbon County.
