Wunderland – Fragrant & Semi-Sweet
The combination of gin and ginger is one of the great classic pairings. We added lychee syrup for sweetness and lime juice to compliment the overall flavour. Wunderland is a little sip of Spring that will cheer up your winter blues. You can find lychee syrup in most supermarkets as well as your local Asian stores. Lychee ( litchi ) is a small subtropical fruit native to China and Southeast Asia; it has a tough, knobby red skin that often turns brown during shipping, and is not used. It has a white pinkish translucent flesh that is glossy like a grape. Its flavour is sweet on the tongue with a hint of fragrance. Fresh lychees can be muddled to release the flavour.
