Beer is the most consumed alcoholic beverage in North America. There is a growing interest in microbreweries and sales of craft beers have steadily increased in the last few years. Are your taste buds ready for flavours such as Chipotle Ale, Sriracha Hot Stout, or Morimoto Soba Ale?  How about buying a beer in a pink bottle? Is it too girly? Well…one thing is certain, everyone walking by a pink bottle will pay attention. The pink bottle culprit is Rogue brewery of Portland, Oregon. It all started in 1988 as a brewpub and now the company handcraft over 20 beers such as ales, porters, and stouts. Since 2003 Rogue offers a line of spirits: gin, whisky, and rum. Their new flavour is Morimoto Soba  Ale.  The brewery describes their Voodoo Doughtnut line as “a collision of crazies”.  Find out more about the Rogue brewery revolution on their site.
