Groupie Fizz – Effervescent & Fruity
The Groupie Fizz is a tasty and refreshing drink that is simple to make and yet elegant enough for any occasion. It is made of fortified raspberry wine with gin, and soda water. Fortified/Dessert fruit wines are great mixers in cocktails. We used Elephant Island Fortified Framboise Wine because it is from our neck of the woods, Naramata, British Columbia, Canada. It is a sweet, lush, and rich dessert wine which is like drinking the raspberry patch of your childhood.
