Lost Tropical Sailing Doctor – Boilermaker

Ingredients

Hungaria Golden Pear liqueur
Bols Blue Curacao
Melon Liqueur
2 oz Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
Dr Pepper

Layer & Build & Drop

You have to do this drink in 2 stages.

STAGE 1 – Do a layered shot

1. Pour the pear liqueur at the bottom of a shot glass.

2. Layer the blue curacao on top of the pear liqueur.

3. Layer the melon liqueur on top of the blue curacao.

STAGE 2 – Build

1. Pour spiced rum into a chilled Hurricane glass.

2. Fill the glass halfway with cold Dr Pepper.

FUN PART

1. Drop the shot in the glass.

2. Enjoy and sail away!

The Lost Tropical Sailing Doctor drink was created by Derek Cooper, a bartender student at Camosun College in Victoria. This is a killer recipe and the ultimate home party drink. This concoction begins by doing a layered shot with Hungaria golden pear liqueur, Bols blue curacao and melon liqueur. Now, pour Sailor Jerry spiced rum and Dr Pepper into a chilled Hurricane glass, and finish by dropping the drop shot into the glass. Enjoy and sail away!
