Melon Tango – Sparkling

Ingredients

1/4 oz Pomegranate Syrup
1/2 oz Russo Crema di Melone
1/2 oz Russo Limoncello Liqueur
Sparkling wine

Convert Units

Stir & Strain & Build

1. Pour a dash of pomegranate syrup in a Champagne flute.
2. Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice.
3. Pour in Crema di Melone liqueur and Limoncello.
4. Stir until the mixture is chilled.
5. Strain into the Champagne flute.
6. Fill up the glass with sparkling wine.

Variation

Use Spanish Cava instead of the American sparkling wine.

From the ‘pop’ of a cork, a bottle of bubbly lets everyone know it’s celebration time. Sparkling wine is also a terrific ingredient in cocktails. The combination of Russo Crema di Melone, Limoncello, and pomegranate syrup complements wonderfully sparkling wine.
