The Perfect Manhattan is a twist on the classic Manhattan. This cocktail has never gone out of fashion in bars and restaurants. The Manhattan was created with rye whisky as its original component but even if you don’t use rye, Manhattans should be made with a good American whiskey. Our perfect Manhattan combines good quality bourbon with equal amount of dry and sweet vermouth. Vermouth is an aromatized wine, which is a wine fortified with grape spirit, then flavoured with botanicals.
