The Ramos Fizz was created by the Ramos brothers in New Orleans in the late 1880. Although this is the most famous Fizz, it is actually not a true Fizz at all because it varies from the classic ingredients and construction. Many modern recipes add a bit of vanilla extract to this drink, so feel free to experiment.
