Winter Sour – Complex
The Winter Sour is a wonderful blend of tartness flavors in the first sip with a sweet edge in the finish. This modern cocktail is inspired by the classic Sour, and offers a marriage of Cognac with pear liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and egg white. We used the Scandinavian liqueur Xanté. It is a perfectly balanced blend of sweet pear and Cognac. It displays aromas of spicy pears with light caramel notes. Xanté worthy of the top shelf at your bar.
