PICK-ME UP – It is the combination of equal amounts of Fernet Branca and sweet vermouth with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Fernet Branca was the only legitimate alcohol available in the US during prohibition due to its amazing restorative properties.

PRAIRIE OYSTER COCKTAIL – Not for the faint of heart. A Prairie Oyster Cocktail is a drink consisting of a raw egg, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and ground black pepper. The egg is broken into a glass so as not to break the yolk.
