About the Recipe
Caipirosca is the North American version of the Brazilian Caipirinha cocktail. It is made with vodka instead of the native cachaça spirit . The Caipirosca has grown in popularity in recent years as vodka sales continue to grow in South America. In this drink, we used brown sugar instead of white sugar to give it a hint of molasses flavour in the finish.
