Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Strega herbal liqueur
1 oz Galliano
1/2 oz Vodka
2 oz Orange Juice

Convert Units

Shake & Strain

1. Sugar rim a martini glass.

2. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

3. Pour in Strega, Galliano, vodka, and orange juice.

4. Shake.

5. Strain into the martini glass.

EXECUTION NOTE

We drop a piece of dry ice into the cocktail to create the smoke effect. Use tongs when handling dry ice.

What is Halloween without a spooky cocktail? Serve up a Hocus Pocus Potion martini. This is a wickedly tasty concoction made with the unique Italian liqueur Strega. The name Strega is Italian for “witch”. It is so called because it is supposedly based on a witches brew, an aphrodisiac love-potion, guaranteed to unite any pair of lovers who drink it in forever togetherness. You have been warned!
