Pago Pago – Tropical

Ingredients

1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
1 1/2 oz Mount Gay Amber Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec Orange Liqueur
4 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Lime juice

Convert Units

Shake & Pour

1. Pour green Chartreuse at the bottom of an Old Fashioned style glass.

2. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

3. Add rum, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, and lime juice.

4. Shake.

5. Pour into the glass.

6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Variation

Green Chartreuse is a unique product, difficult to substitute. You can use the French Dolin Génépy herbal liqueur.
