About the Recipe

A Perfect Gin Martini combines dry and sweet vermouth, making it a wee bit sweeter than the classic Gin Martini. The term ‘perfect’ means equal amount of sweet and dry vermouth.  It is also know as Gin Martini 50-50 . This recipe is based on the Perfect Manhattan cocktail.
